The fluctuation range of the power supply is large, and there is interference from frequency converters or strong magnetic fields around it, and the grounding wire is incorrect.
Solution: Provide stable power supply to the instrument, install the instrument away from frequency converters and strong magnetic field interference, and have a good grounding wire.
2. No display when turned on
Check whether the power supply properties correspond to the rated value of the instrument, and whether the fuse is blown. If the above issues are not recommended, it is recommended to send the instrument back to our company for professional technical personnel to inspect.
3. Is the signal of the external clamp flowmeter low?
The pipe diameter is too large, the pipeline has severe scaling, or the installation method chosen is incorrect.
Solution: For pipes with excessive diameter and severe scaling, it is recommended to use plug-in probes or choose a "Z" type installation method.
4. After startup, the ultrasonic flow meter only has backlight and no character display
This situation is usually due to the loss of the program chip. It is recommended to send the instrument back to our company for processing.
5. Is the instantaneous flow meter highly fluctuating?
A. Signal strength fluctuates greatly; B. The measured fluid fluctuates greatly;
Solution: Adjust the position of the probe, increase the signal strength (maintain at 3% or above) to ensure stable signal strength. If the fluid fluctuation is large, the position is not good, and select a new point to ensure the working condition requirements of the first 10D and then 5D.
6. Does the signal decrease after using the plug-in probe for a period of time?
Possible displacement of the probe or thick scale on the probe surface.
Solution: Readjust the position of the probe and clean the surface of the probe.
